The help desk is a service which allows our clients to:-
- Record on-line any day to day issues with running Pegasus Opera or PMITS applications
- Request additional assistance and advice on running Pegasus Opera or PMITS applications
- Monitor our responses
- Where there is an active project of work, monitor the planned phases as they are scheduled.
If a client prefers to make contact by telephone, by email or in a face to face meeting, the requirements are also recorded on the Help Desk so that they
are available for both the client and PM IT Systems staff to progress.
